These terms govern your purchase and use of anything sold on yetiultra.com. Buying a program means you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy.
yetiultra.com is operated by Joshua Bredl ("we", "us"), based in Denver, Colorado, United States. You can reach a human at apply@yetiultra.com. Joshua reads every message himself.
Everything sold here is a digital fitness and nutrition program. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. All prices are in United States dollars (USD).

Program contents may be improved over time. We will not reduce what you have already paid for.
Joshua Bredl is a strength and conditioning coach. He is not a doctor, a dietitian, or a licensed medical provider, and nothing sold or written here is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Talk to a physician before starting this or any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, elderly, or living with any injury, heart condition, metabolic condition, eating disorder, or any condition that could be affected by hard physical training or a change in diet.
Exercise carries a real risk of injury. You train at your own risk, you are responsible for your own form and your own limits, and you agree to stop and seek medical attention if something is wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of these programs.
Fitness results depend on your starting point, your genetics, your consistency, your sleep, your stress, your nutrition, your training history, and things nobody controls. We do not promise any particular result, any particular weight change, or any particular timeline. The photographs and quotes on this site are described in full under Results and testimonials below.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for yourself. You may print it and use it in your own training. You may not resell it, republish it, share the file publicly, post it to a file-sharing site, use it to coach paying clients, or feed it into a product that competes with ours. All content, text, photography, video, the SEEK GLORY and YETI ULTRA names, and the protocols remain ours.
Your Safe Haven invite link is yours alone and works once. Sharing it, or sharing the program files, ends your access without a refund.
Safe Haven is a private group channel. Be decent. No harassment, no hate, no spam, no selling, no sharing other members' photos or information outside the room, no medical advice to strangers. We can remove anyone who makes the room worse, and for a serious breach that removal can be permanent and without refund.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Card data goes directly to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. The site is served over HTTPS end to end.
Your card statement will show a descriptor identifying this purchase. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before disputing it. A dispute costs us a fee and takes weeks; an email takes an hour and we will usually just refund you.
You must be 18 or older to buy. If you are under 18, do not purchase.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be noted there. Continuing to use the programs after an update means you accept it. We may end your access for a breach of these terms, and where the breach is not your fault we will refund the unused part.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado. Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
The before-and-after photographs and client quotes on our homepage are not results from the 14-Day Glory Initiation. They come from Joshua's long-form coaching: in-person training at Dogpound in West Hollywood, the THORTYDAYS program, and the original crew who ran his plans over months and years with Joshua watching their work directly.
They are shown because they are real and because the training principles are the same. They are not shown as what fourteen days produces.
Fourteen days is long enough to change how you feel, how you sleep, how you eat, and how you move. It is not long enough to produce a hundred-pound weight change, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
We do not publish an average, because we do not have one. We have not run a study, we do not weigh you, and we are not going to invent a number to make a sale. Here is what we will say. Run the fourteen days as written and you should expect to feel stronger, sleep better, eat better, and see the start of a change in the mirror. Some people see more than that. Some people see less. Nobody should buy this expecting the photographs above, and we would rather lose the sale than let you think otherwise.
Short version: we collect the least we can, we do not sell anything about you, and you can have it deleted by sending one email.

We never receive your full card number. It goes straight from your browser to Stripe.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not rent or trade our list.
The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages get read. It does not tell us who you are. You can block it with any ad blocker or with Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will work exactly the same.
The Nidoking chat stores a visit counter and your conversation in your own browser. It never leaves your device except as the messages you deliberately send.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is still no agreed standard for what a site should do with it. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, because we do not track you across other websites in the first place.

We will not charge you for it and we will not treat you differently for asking. Every marketing email also has a one-click unsubscribe. Program emails you paid for are not marketing, and stop when the program does.
Purchase and tax records: seven years, because the IRS says so. Email list: until you unsubscribe. Application answers: two years, then deleted. Analytics: 14 months.
The site runs on HTTPS behind Cloudflare, payment data never touches our servers, and access to buyer records is limited to Joshua. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
This site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We are in the United States and our providers process data in the United States. If you are outside the US, buying from us means your information is handled here.
Everything sold here is digital and delivered instantly, so there is nothing to return and nothing to ship back. What there is instead is the guarantee.
Do the work and it works, or you get every dollar back.
Run your program the way it is written. If you finish it and you do not see and feel the difference, email apply@yetiultra.com and we refund you in full. On the coached programs, Joshua also keeps working with you at no cost until you get there.

Visibly change in 40 days or every dollar back, and Joshua coaches you free until you do. Because this one is coached, it has one real condition: you have to show up. That means attending your weekly check-ins and following the protocol Joshua writes for you. Miss most of your check-ins and there is nothing to guarantee, because the program never ran. You have 60 days from purchase to claim it.
Do the work, hit the mark set with you at the start, or every dollar back and Joshua stays with you free until you do. The mark is agreed in writing before you begin, so there is no argument about it afterwards. You have 100 days from purchase to claim it.
Nothing sold here is a subscription. There is no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. You pay once, you own it.
Charged twice, never got your plan, bought the wrong one, or a family member used your card without asking? Email us. Those get refunded immediately and no conditions apply. You do not have to run anything first.
If you file a chargeback instead of writing to us, your card is frozen out of Safe Haven for weeks while the bank works through it, and it costs us a fee on top of the refund. One email is faster for both of us and we have never refused a fair one.
Email is the fastest way and it reaches Joshua directly.
